How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our collection and click on the item(s) you wish to purchase. Choose your preferred size, color (if applicable), and quantity, then click "Add to Cart". Once you've finished shopping, proceed to checkout, where you can review your order details, enter your shipping information, and select a payment method to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and UPI, among others for online payments. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway to ensure your information is protected.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by visiting the Order Tracking page on our website and entering your order number and email address.

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping and delivery times vary depending on your location. We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs.499 and charge a flat/non-refundable fee of Rs.65 on all orders below Rs.499. For detailed information, please refer to our Shipping and Delivery page.

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer refunds for damaged or defective items only. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team within two days of receiving your order with proof of the damage (an unedited unboxing video clearly showing damage). Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment we only offer Pan-India Shipping. We are working on expanding our services internationally. Stay tuned!
