Cancellation and Refund

At Distinctively You, we are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

Refunds:
We offer refunds only in the case of damaged or defective products. Although we have a thorough checking process for all our orders, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@distinctivelyyou.in with proof of the damage - an unedited unboxing video clearly showing the damage, otherwise your request may be rejected. This must be done within two days of receiving your order. Upon verification, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped or processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
